Hi you should post on polish section this information if you want to bust a possible scam.
Look the same person but if he use his name (real one) is not wanted by anyone.

I did not put money in this particular ICO, but I am on their Telegram group. Things went silent after the tokens public sale. Now, they appear to have removed the team page from their website. I'm pretty sure that police page says the guy is wanted by the police for fraud (based on Google Translate, I don't speak Polish).

Take into account that that police page is from 6 years ago, so he could have changed a bit.
