See, all this if-if condition only makes you feel not ok. There's no use in it. Move on, learn from the mistake: make sure you took some profit during a bullrun so you don't regret it later. Make sure you cash out enough money to cover your life expense during the winter.
Yeah, I also got stuck in the HODL mentality back in December... the regret is real now
