I want to have a little bit trivia with all of you guys yet I don't know if you have already knew it. Well, I am just sharing some inputs.
What is the difference between unemployment and underemployment?
Unemployment is a situation when a person seeking a job is unable to find one. Underemployment is a situation when a person is working but isn't working at his full capability. For example- working part time, working for less pay, doing a job which requires less skills than the person is capable of doing etc are cases of underemployment.
In Philippines, there are always a job-mismatched. Job-mismatched is under in underemployment where the worker's job is not suitable to his skills and ability. Due to the fact that the difficulty of finding a job is too much high, Filipinos are looking for the substitution or part time work in order to fill his time and earn an income.

If you are Underemployment or Unemployment still if you don`t pass the requirements needed in order to be verified in their system, then you are not applicable or able to be hired as an employee in every company the you want to work. This project is not actually having favoritism, yes it is more advantage for the underemployment person, because of having experience in work, but we are not comparing the two. Still it`s not enough for us to underestimate people who actually don`t see what potential or skill he/she got.
