Are you using the latest version? Maybe try another version and check if it gives you the same error...
Have you checked if you are using the right drivers?
Now I on version 11.8. Driver now win10-64bit-Radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.4.1-apr26. But all this occurs also on older versions of Claymore and drivers
