How does it work?
10% of all Block Rewards are held in a fund, which is only accessible through proposals. Everybody is able to submit a new proposal. The collateral to do so is 50 Gents. The idea behind is, that everybody can request coins for good projects and if the community agrees this is working as a funding tool.
Only Masternodes have the ability to vote (1 vote per Masternode) "yes" or "no" to the proposals. Proposals are paid out every month in superblocks.

We started a first proposal from our side to pay our devs in vietnam (yes, they don't work for free
) - we are proposing a monthly payment of 10000 Gent Coins which we will use to pay their invoices. We hope to come up with more resources from the community to implement new features, but until then we need to be able to pay for them. So if you are running a masternode we kindly ask you to take one minute, open the console and vote yes with the following command:
