The system will we`re going to verified also the background of each company which the job seekers are recommended to work with, just to ensure that their safe, they can get opportunity and benefits from working in every companies they were assign.
That's right they also need to survey every companies they recommended for the job seeker's in order to prevent having problems, and if that happens trust logic will be liable if their is something illegal recruitment in their system.

I think this will be covered by the reviews and rating feature of Trustlogics which the Service Requester will evaluate the ISP or Individual Service Provider. This review will be the basis of the new Service Requester or Employer when hiring an ISP. Through Blockchain Technology, the reviews will not be manipulated by anyone.
