It means that they enumerated what does the objectives of Smart City Eco. They want to have solution with unemployment because around their ecosystem, they bring works to the people. Just like their platform about online shopping where we can use our skills in selling online products.

Well, I cannot see it to the objectives of SCE. It seems like they goes faraway to what they want to build. Games, gambling and online shopping, that is what I know with SCE.
