Sorry guys, for got to answer. Bounty --> Signature campaign will be available but only for Hero and Legendary members.
I think Full Members are good enough to join campaign, because they can wear impressive signature enough like yours.
So, why not expanding allowable ranks for the campaign?
Maybe they really want to run it with well-known community members only. It makes the campaign look more exclusive.
