2. We are very sorry about the incident with the mentioned person (miner) and we truelly regret that. Before launching the pool, we made step-to-step plans for a first-time-right implementation at mainnet. Unfortunately, after launching in mainnet, we experienced pool issues that affected miners. In order to solve the issues, we had to fix the pool which resulted in downtime. For now the pool is up and running and we are monitoring the pool constantly. We also have a close and trusted community who are supporting the users (miners/pool holders/people who wants to know more information);
3. Eventhough we are Polish, why are we seen like Russian? Does it mean that we are untrustable and already judged like Russian? Are Russian bad people? This is a wrong statement. This is about racism and we dislike racism. Our team has experienced members all over the world. If they wouldn't trust us, don't you think they would support us? There is already a lot of discrimination in the real world, so let's make this Internet community a warm place where people feel free and comfortable and judge only on bad actions, not on actions based from origin. We respect people, there is where the communcation starts. Before inviting and launching the pool even in testnet, we explicitely made a roadmap where we stated that there will be no ICO. In our plan we don't need ICO, and an ICO doesn't fit;
4. What is wrong with expression yourself when you are enthousiastic about a coin like Graft? Is that a crime? Can't we make jokes? And beside that, one of the DEV's helped a lot for the Graft pool and its community, so he shouted that sentence. Nothing wrong about that, don't you never shout?
5. What is wrong with posting a picture of a RIG which makes a miner's life and soul complete? We really find this statement ridiculous, this is no argument to criticize us and our community. Or do you criticize every person and community who make a picture of a RIG? Critics is destined when promises are made and get broken, only for that;
6. We invite you to read our roadmap and the specs of our coin to update yourself and convince yourself that we do have a solid plan and a  clear vison. Till now, everyone that is a member of our community, is enthousiast. And yes, our pool was having issues; it is normal that when a pool starts in production (after testnet), that unforseen/unknown issues are found. We worked hours long to fix the issues, without eating and sleeping. Eventhough we suffer and have lack of sleep, we think about our community and we make things work. We believe in this coin and more important, we believe in our community;
7. For us quality is more important than quantity. Before implementing, we test and then we launch in production. In the first stage after launching in production, we are monitoring the hashrate of the total pools and we are setting up exchanges.
