Really nice what you are doing. I dont qualify for this, but I will definitely come back once I become a full member.

I have been in a lot of forums and I have never seen this merit system. It is kinda strange. I get why bitcointalk is doing it, and it seems fair. But I have noticed it is way too complicated to earn merits. Most people dont even care about it, so they see a good post and "forget" to give some merit. I have been even told "thanks a lot", but no merit  

Anyway, I hope more people like you would do this kind of "merit giveaway"
