I was also got paid about 40% of the normal amount on 2 miners (2 addresses) :/

Did you compare youre payout to other user's payout with similar hashrates?
I seem to be getting 50% compared to other users with similar hashrate  Lips sealed

I have 2 rigs with 2gpu's each (so 4gpu's total), I have everything to 1 bitcoin adress (1username).
Is it better have 2 addresses/usernames?

Values fluctuate constantly and some currencies can take days to mature and exchange.  It seems like people are putting way to  much focus on trying to tie hash rate to daily performance. Point your miner at the pool and see what you average for a week or two.  I've generally noticed that if my payout is low one day it gets made up for with a great day at some point.  Another good thing to remember is that past performance is no guarantee of future performance.  heh..

But shouldnt everyone's bitcoin payout be relative?

So if someone has 1000khash and they get 0,01btc on 21dec 2:30am, then if another user has 3000khash he should get 0,03btc on 21dec 2:30am?

stales/rejects, latency, and which version of CGminer you're using can affect that a lot.  1000 Khash doesn't produce work at a static rate.

1000khash was just a example, I calculated my 2900khash & I'm getting about 50% of what others with 2900khash are getting.

Not sure if it's beacause my R9 290 has Thread concurrency: 27000, 29000, 29000. I: 20, 20, 20. -g 1 1 1.?
The above is what I have in cgminer, I think I read somewhere that these altcoins need lower values compared to litecoin?
should I put  Thread concurrency to 8192 and I 13, -g 2?
