You distribute equipment only, right? And need much big money to run your project. I think if project have only devices, not anything advantage, its very difficult for investors to interest and buy your tokens.
They are not doing only equipment. Not sure how you came to that conclusion 
They also created unique software for it, they created presets for growing certain product. Their field of work is much wider than you think.
