I think the bear market really affects the ICO period. That's why more ICOs are now extending their campaign period. People usually don't have plenty of money during this period because they have plenty of expenses coming in like tuition fees, allowance for school, something like that. So people don't have spare money to invest in. I expect money will flow again starting September up to January. Because that's when people receive more bonuses.
