Yeah they have partnership. I haven't heard any rumours but it could be that the Monaco app will be linked to purchasing through Binance. Like you put an order through Monaco app, and it automatically buys from Binance without you really having to interact with the Binance interface.
That would be good, but cards would be even better
i can totally see binance moving on some way to pay via crypto
