Thanks for the information, now we knew that the reason why MadZ can't contact us or to make a transaction it's because of he/she's in China which is I think they prohibited the use of cryptocurrency and the China is taking down MadZ VPN.

MadZ didn't abandon us, he/she just can't do anything to contact us or to make payments. Is it right?
