both admins could see the original account was hacked, I had proven my identity. Its just a matter now of me being able to get the recovery email - which cannot be sent because the account in question is not 'active'. One of the mods needs to re-activate the account on their end - so that I can get the recovery email.
It still requires a signed message I'm not sure if you have provided this to the admins but this is the only way they are going to give it back to you. If they havent answered then its probably because you havent supplied this information.
