Even big exchanges like bittrex, not long ago, they fucked up and made everyone wait months and months to get your account enabled or verified. Why would any big player invest in crypto when the risk is so huge, there is literally zero safety, any exchange can run away with your money and you can barely do anything.
I agree.It is not only to regulate exchanges it is about to regulate trading
Now exchanges want KYC govs want taxes pay.But exchanges allow any kind of illegal trading
Govs are mostly saying crypto is poising risk but they want our money and they don't want to regulate crypto in whatever way.I can say common crypto is here and is going to stay
So do something to make it legal instead of avoiding problem
