@Damberg  Yes you can offer VPS for lease in HPP V1.1.0 (the current Version).

HPP platform do not regulate the renting price, Only the VPS owner can set the desired price, so the Market will decide : the famous rule Offer - Demand will apply.
Cheaper VPS will have more chance to be leased.
