Are you specifically asking for Bitcointalk Signature bounties?
It's seems he means all bounties.I think it'll be helpful and there are so many guys need a spreadsheet like that

No one needed that. As my thought, any account which has negative trust shouldn't be allowed to join in all bounties because they are all either cheater/scammer.. Please let me know if anyone in here already created a spreadsheet with all bounty campaigns which accept negative trust member
