Only tips to prevent the suspension from Twitter, don't follow 1000 accounts daily. Probably you can follow max. 60-70 accounts at once, after that big chance to your account will be locked. after a couple of locks suspension coming.
Also, it is not right way if you want real followers, because of follow4follow will give you 90% of automated accounts(which use a strategy like yours), and for sure and they are not too real.
It's not the typical follow4follow system which you're going to put a hashtag on your bio etc. this strategy is your going to look at a big and active page that has the followers you need, and after the page post a tweet you're going to wait for users to like, comment or retweet their recent post and you're going to follow them since they're active that time.

My account hasn't been suspended yet using this method, the only thing that happened every time I do this method is the twitter will lock my account and in order to unlock it I need to verify my account through the code they will give.
That's why you just create a new account in order to avoid trouble.
There is this thing about twitter policy that you cannot follow more that 5000 unless you have equally same margin in terms of numbers, those who are following you back. The ratio of those you follow/those following you is the parameters they use to judge if you can follow more person. You can always manage your account using app.manager.com to remove this who did not follow you back
