It was being discussed. People who bought quickly because there was/is a possibility of an airdrop took a risk and hope for easy gains.

Furthermore, I also believe that Captain aka TheKingInYellow, made a huge fuck up with his announcement and is doing everything to correct his mis-worded announcement.
