Please use only the ones listed in the Original Post.  Aikapool doesn't appear to have switched over to the new Zhash chain.

You'll need to switch to a pool that supports Zhash. For mining you can choose from the following methods:

We don't currently have a solution for AMD mining, but it is being actively developed.
