Personally, I think that's very good, what facebook is doing now. The whole ads of the scam ICOs just throw a bad light on Bitcoin and other crypto currencys. I am glad that now again normal crypto ads are allowed. This brings people to the real crypto currencys and not to the scam projects. That's why thumbs up for this decision from facebook.
