What i mean is,if for example ETH goes up to 1000 USD or down to 200 USD ,it will still be 1 ETH=5000 ZIX?

That's right, ZIX is pegged to ETH!

And since it's pegged to ETH there won't be so much fluctuation as ETH is more stable than BTC.

I would say that this stability is one of the main reasons why projects link themselves ti eth.
