you should have long list of experts, scientists in different areas to make this platform at least ready. but those names should at least contacted by the team regarding this project and elaborate the benefits of having such kind of services. usually those individuals with higher level of education just want to be on their own. so maybe thats one challenge here, reaching out to those experts

yes, thats a good start. but if you really want this to work you need to tap a lot more and increase the number of your initial list. so users have a lot of options also. and do you have any criteria set who are eligible as experts and considered to be scientists?
