Also do you need to pay a certain amount depending on the title you want? Because I also don't think that everyone can have that kind of privilege here in the forum.
You don't have to necessarily pay(?). You can ask him nicely or give a valid explanation for why you want to have a a custom title. The chances of getting a custom title are more when you're reputable and have contributed to the community.
