it seems the update has been done because the website is back and I see the exchange seems faster than before
but I don't think there are people that use the exchange now

that block explorer is just for the testnet and not in the main net
to trade EON there is a bit confusing too, and it will be good if the dev make a tutorial about how to use the exchange
