I think the future of cryptocurrency like bitcoin depends on the next 2 or 3 years, as we know that the current is very much negative news that makes many users panic and sell bitcoin so the price drops.
Those are just FUDs and nothing to worry about. Of course it is normal to see negative news because not all the things will stay positive and most of the time there will be always negative in order to make something looks bad to the other people so the other people will not buy bitcoin and they will become skeptical about it but in the long term. The future of virtual currency is bright and there is a tough competition among crypto coins
