Which are needed on the SD Card?

If S2S4S5S7-img is one of the needed files and the V9 .tar is the other  is it a two step process?

That is burn the S2S4S5S7-img first then on another SD card run the .tar file   ?

or can you just put all the files on one SD card and let it run?
