Heavy conditions for this bounty.Meaning  less of partitipants whats good for them.But also bad for project.All those names changing rules are not what people want and are counterproductive.So, if i want to partitipate as bounty hunter with small nummber of the same i´m not sure if this project will be heard at all.Thats also count for Bounty manager.Or you just payed before and want to do less work?
