Can't she just create a new account?

Oh wait, let me guess.  She's using the account to earn money shitposting in a campaign and doesn't want to abandon it because it's above Jr. Member rank. 

On no other forum I know of do accounts get stolen.  Also, on no other forum would recovering an account be such a long, drawn-out process.  OP, you might be waiting somewhere between months and forever.
