That is simply too convenient, he gives a prediction with a range of 54000 dollars, so he is most likely to be correct and then he will claim that he got his prediction right for the year, but those kind of predictions are useless if he is not willing to put his name behind a narrower range then there is not any use to create a prediction in the first place.
