How sure are you that they sent those funds to addresses that belongs to binance and bittrex (I checked using the walletexplorer but didn't find any connections)?
- Based on your other post, it appears they moved funds from the other address as well.
- Why it took you so long to inform us (they moved funds 4 months ago)?

If what you said earlier is accurate, then I suggest to contact those exchanges (with all of the evidences). They might be able to help (somehow).
