It's just the name of the wallet executable followed by -rescan.
Mean try "wallet-rescan"
sigil-qt.exe -rescan
Still error sir. You have another idea.
Go to wallet data directory and delete all files
except wallet.dat (never delete wallet.dat), then start wallet for complete resync. If it doesn't work, I am out of ideas.
