so many projects lately it is almost imposible to keep track of them all. i have just discovered this but at first glance it looks ok..so..further analysis needed

You don't need to track all projects and no one does, just pick up list of projects that get your attention, add them to watch list or follow their twitter. When you get time, analyse those projects.

Social media is the best place to track ICO projects because most of the successful ones have a good marketing strategy where they really try to attend crypto related gathering and make a lot of partnerships where they post it in social media network like Twitter.

Also dont forget to do an indept review in each projects especially if you want to invest on them because some are just beautiful in social media but dont have even a website.

We need to analyse white papers of the project also communicate with their linked in officials and ask questioms regarding the project that will bring us a great exposure.
