I say, it will have no influence at all. It is potentially 250 000 000 USD that could have been invested into Bitcoin, but NO it is invested into a token that needs USD backing. 

There is zero evidence that this is an exercise in preparation to digitize the USD to buy bitcoins. To me this is bad news and to people thinking that this is good news...
