How does this project go around the regulation laws? The charity fund has to report all donations, they need at least some documentation and crypto might cause issues.
On top of that, many donate to charities for the tax deduction purposes The lack of any proof might scare away potential benefactors, since these donations wont count.
I can answer the last one. The project does provide some sort of a proof of charity, so it can be used for taxes.
