I would agree if they were also given a bounty campaign in the future after taking the airdrop. As you can see there is a lot of any campaigns are currently heading a bounty campaign because they know that bounty campaign would make the project get more efforts.

Bounty campaigns dont ALWAYS make a project popular, BTC ones tend to be better off since the standards are higher and so is the participation in most cases

but in a new ico project if there is a bounty, such projects can be in the know by his Special investor investor so interested

Yes, it doesn't always make the project popular. BUT, it could give them more audience for the project which is really needed as of now was very hard to earn many audiences as there is so many competition.
