I will hodl them because these are tokens i get for free. If I sell them probably i will get a dollar or two. But if I do hodl them for long atleast one among ten of them skyrockets i will be having some decent satoshi with me. Doing some research on the coin and understanding the project is very very important, I would only sell a token if it is a worthless project and if looking like a pump and dump scheme.
Indeed for now it is better to hold it now, especially the throwing market. Do your research and watch out for the value you hold now to cut losses of course. But in time when the market will go up again and you think it's the best or it's about your target, it's time for you to exchange.
