You don't need to track all projects and no one does, just pick up list of projects that get your attention, add them to watch list or follow their twitter. When you get time, analyse those projects.
It is better to go with project whitepapers and analyze the team activities, their adaptability and plans that will bring us a vision to understand their potential which is more than enough to choose one project which is accurate, we do not require to track every project and keep changing.
