All of the accounts you have quoted are newbies with 8 posts and all of their posts are in bounty section, that section is for people to participate in bounties and earn money, if you want to waste your time on finding such accounts, be my guest and know one thing, you'll have to hunt them forever.
If only managers limit the apply to bounties for member with rank mermber/full member+... I challenge anyone to get 500 accounts with 10 merits.
