You know it's all when you boil it down just jealousy.  I sure as hell would of loved to have the foresight to do what he did!

on a side note:
I'm almost done building my facility.  I'll toss pictures up in the coming weeks on the long and difficult process.  4 mega watts to start but can scale to 12.  I'll take up close to 1 mw for me.  The rest i'll rent but i'm building this for me first so not too concerned about it hehe.
