Obviously no one should give you financial advice. However, I'll tell you what I would do.
I strongly believe in blockchain technology and the whole market in the long term. I strongly believe Bitcoin will eventually bounce and reach newer highs (when this will be, God knows). I'm however happy to wait long term if needs be as I'm confident in the technology. In your position I would be holding out until 1 million. I would likely take out 100K and keep the other 500K there until it reached 1million.
The question is how confident you are in the market and whether you believe in it long term. If you're unsure I'd take out half and if you're leaning more towards extremely doubtful I'd take out the full lot (or like 500-550K and leave the rest to see what happens).
