I think ethereum price will be more than $1000 in jan 2018 due to raiden launching its upcoming ico  Ethereum is good alternative coin at least for trading and the ICOs projects. So its safe to say that it will continue to do so This will make the price increase clearly and The market is going absolutely crazy those days. Do not believe that I am saying it but ETH can come close or even surpass mentioned mark before 2018. Still seems unlikely but possible. Ohh those traders
