Its not necessary but you need atleast more than 300 real followers on your Twitter account. You can do the campaign even if you're a newbie and there are some ICO projects who are accepting newbies for that bounty. Just be patient and work more harder because this bounty will not let you down. Twitter campaign will still give you a nice payment if you will find more ICOs.
