In Russia gambling is prohibited, how will registration take place in this country and will it be possible to play at all?
There is always a way in crypto space, and as far as I know big betting or gambling sites are not banning resident of Russia or vice versa because what is being used is digital currency.
This may be an un-educated opinion but I think that unless one person is registered in a particular region they might not be legally join.
