Spam accounts. They would get a lot of posts spamming with "like-a-real" posts, then release shitcoin which should look like released by a well-known respective person
I will not find your confirmation. simply you rely on the fact that now there is a lot of shitcoin , and it is difficult to distinguish between normal and what really belong to this type.
