I hope you can find some seller but in the case if you can't find any you can go with LBC where you can but bitcoin in installments until you reach that 5000BTC.But doing personal trades is not secure for you and you may get scammed or robbed or whatever happens so try to use escrows to avoid any.

Yes I have found a few sellers, we are going 100% legal way by creating documentation with lawyers and everything will be done face to face in a public place or an office. That bitcoin in installments site is good but the rate is too high

Let me get this straight. You will make a contract with some random guy to hand him near 30mil$ and send you BTC.
The whole transaction will take place in a public place. In 1 side will be you with 30mil$ cash in a case and on the other a guy with a phone.
Now can you tell me how stupid that sounds? Where is the logic here? Oh right, there is no logic!
