Everyone be careful with this trader. I offered to send first, then having looked at his new status on the forum (along with my new status), I decided to send in chunks - I sent 20CAT about half an hour ago (after receiving a very quick initial reply when we agreed a price for 100CAT) then got a reply saying he wanted all 100CAT before he'd send any BTC, I have now heard nothing back since and have no received my CAT back nor have I received any BTC in payment.
