I really love the part where people cannot take advantage of the biased hiring processes anymore because of the ways of hiring that the the trustlogics has planned to implement in their platform. The hiring process would basically be just showing the important datas of the applicants to the employers. Like experiences and other important traits or achievements that an applicant has.
